SRCD Roundtable on Anti-Racism, (In)Equity, and Inclusion in Publishing, Research, and Organizational Practices

Abstract

In this roundtable, we will consider multiple viewpoints on how the work of anti-racism, equity, and inclusion in developmental science spans across publishing, research, and organizational practices. Participants will also offer their advice to others in the field about how to address inequities in representation of scholars from marginalized groups and scholarship on marginalized populations in developmental science. We will discuss some of the biggest challenges to doing this work in the field and delineate specific actions we can take to address these issues.
