The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist, 45, filed for divorce Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and July 15, 2010 as the date of separation, according to TMZ.com. I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash s perspective the split is amicable,” his rep tells PEOPLE. The couple wed in October 2001 and have two sons, London, 8, and Cash, 6. Slash (real name: Saul Hudson) is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the children.
