Four years ago, I left my heart behind in Colorado, the place I thought I’d always call my home.
My arms ached to hug my parents and siblings.
My mind bled with the possibilities that I’d left behind.
My heart hurt with the reason I had to leave in the first place.

Who knew coming back home would be so hard?

I did.

Which is why I hadn’t returned until my mother insisted on throwing me a graduation party.
The memories were too much to bear.
The heartache still weighed heavy on my heart.
One man caused my life to tilt on its axis and never to regain its footing.
Now that I was home, I had one more tough choice to make.
If only he would allow me that opportunity.
If only he knew how to leave well enough alone.
If only he didn’t insist on finding a way to bring me back here.
If only…

Solid Second Chance

A.M. Guilliams puts her readers on a heavy emotional roller coaster ride with Bring Me Back Here. From the blurb we know there's a reason Ainsleigh left four years ago and that reason is still waiting for her to come back.

Gentry is a guy that is too good to be true. Young, handsome, driven and still pining for the love of his life even after four years. She up and left after tragedy struck, leaving him to deal with his feelings alone. Well, not alone seeing as he lives with Ainsleigh's family full time. Either way, Gentry started out at as a good guy and got better and better.

This young couple has been through the ringer and with Ainsleigh back, it was easier than it should have been for them to fall into place together. If the book lacks one thing, it's angst. While I know they've had enough drama for a life time, I do like a little more of an angsty read.

Bring Me Back Here is well written and quite the feel good story when it is all said and done. Every base covered with Gentry and Ainsleigh, as well as thier extended families. This was a fun, solid romance, exactly what I needed at the moment.

After 4 years away from home, Ainsleigh returns home to her family's farm in Colorado. When she left she had more reasons than just college. On returning, so does the past she ran to get away from and the man she left behind. This is a great second chance romance that will be sure to have you tearing up and laughing out loud in some parts. Will Ainsleigh and Gentry get through their tragic past or will the pain be too much to get past?

I love this second chance story of Ainsleigh and Gentry!!! There is so much suspense but played out in perfect time!!! I love her brothers almost as much. Everyone looks out for each other and protects each other as if their life depended on it. This is right up there with some of my top books I've read. I am never disappointed when I read books by A. M. Love her!!!

This is my first book by AM Guilliams, as well as my first Cowboy Romance. It is the most heartbreakingly heartwarming book I’ve read in a long time. I could feel their pain, emotions both happy and sad; I cried for them a lot. It feels like so much more than a romance, so much more than their love story. It's a passionate story of strength, forgiveness, remembrance, acceptance, and tenderness.

Gentry is sweet, loving, caring, he’s very protective of Ainsleigh. His love, devotion, and compassion for her just warm my heart, even as he still deals with his own sorrow. I love how he still after all these years knows what she needs. He knows her so well he can predict her next move so he could plan his; they are so deeply connected. Ainsleigh did what she thought was best four years ago, she ran. What she didn’t do was heal, so when she came home the pain and emotions all came back. I just wanted to reach in and hug her: both of them. Her strength, love, the uncertainty and fear, wanting to just be happy……Omg, it was tough to read sometimes. Her room, the house, the tree, the tattoos……the memories...and the many more painful and joyous moments in this touching story of love and healing.

There’s a long list of support characters in here, their family. Holden, geez her poor brother, hugs to him as well. His moments in the story….he’s so sensitive and supportive, I’d love to read his love story. Her family and friends all provide an amazing support system for them. Aspen and Dylan would be another great story that I’d love to read. Fingers crossed she’ll write them because I’m ready to read them!

The writing in this book was extraordinary, and along with a story that was realistic, unforgettable, with lovable characters and so memorable. A definite must read.

This amazing romance is about Ainsleigh and Gentry, and Ainsleigh returning home to her family’s farm in Colorado after college. After they experienced a horrible trauma four years ago, Ainsleigh took off for college and hasn’t been back, until now. Gentry quickly makes his intentions clear that he wants Ainsleigh back and that he still loves her, but first she has to work through the pain and loss that sent her running years ago.

Prepare to fall madly in love with Gentry! All of the characters in this novel are wonderful, except for Gentry’s mother, but I promise that Gentry will steal your heart. I was crazy about Ainsleigh, her family, and friends – but Gentry and Ainsleigh’s relationship is the main factor that will pull you in.

Without giving spoilers, Gentry and Ainsleigh went through a very difficult time before she left for school and a prominent theme of this novel is the process of healing and moving forward. Be warned, you definitely will need Kleenex handy because tears will be shed, however, a lot of my tears were also happy ones so it all balances out.

Bring Me Back Here is an outstanding novel about loss, healing, love, and family. Gentry and Ainsleigh’s romance is a once in a lifetime love, her entire family is full of love and support, and there are also a lot of laughs. The wonderful relationships paired with the majestic and romantic setting of their Colorado farm, some beautiful horses, and a lot of good-looking cowboys make this novel absolute perfection! I highly recommend this to anyone that loves a beautiful romance and seeing characters overcome loss in order to find happiness!

I am the first to admit that I love a cowboy story, so when I came across this one, I couldn’t help but be drawn too it.
But was my blind faith justified…oh my, was it!
I thought the story was so touching, it brought a lump to my throat. The emotions were beautifully portrayed, so much so that at times I wanted nothing more than to reach into the page and give them both a hug, they brought out and on some occasions wrung out every emotion I had.
Gentry (I love the name by the way) was a lovely guy, the way he was with Ainsleigh was totally swoon worthy, he adored her and was fiercely protective of her, often to his own detriment, because he had his own pain to deal but his understanding of exactly what makes Ainsleigh tick gave him the opportunity to be the man that she needed by her side even after all the years they have been apart.
She may have left town all those years ago, running away to find what she thought she needed but was it? Because now she is back and so is the pain of everything she thought she had dealt with.
The two of them had everything going on and far too much to try and cover in a review but I only hope that if I say that this is the sort of book that leave no stone unturned in its pursuit of your happiness that you will give Gentry and Ainsleigh a try.
A romance of the very highest order, packed with fabulous secondary characters, especially Ainsleigh’s brother Holden who I totally fell for.
I hope it might not be too much to have a little more of some of the additional characters in the story…cheeky I know but it has to be done, some of the other definitely have more to say.

Buckle up and get ready for a ride because this book is going to have your emotions all over the place! From the very start I was hooked on this book. I knew that there was a reason that Ainsleigh had stayed away from her childhood home for so long, something that had her heartbroken and afraid to face it again. Once this is revealed my heart broke for her and everything that she had gone through.

Gentry was heartbroken himself when Ainsleigh up and left without ever saying goodbye. What she doesn't realize is that he never stopped loving her, and has every intention on winning her back. The two of them have such amazing chemistry together and the love that Gentry has shows through in every chapter. Even when Ainsleigh doesn't feel like she deserves him, he continues to show her that she does.

I love a good second chance romance and this book did not disappoint. There were some twists and drama that I did not see coming so it really kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. There were also a few questions I still had when I was finished reading that I would have liked to see resolved but that didn't stop me from loving this book.

The writing was fabulous and the characters were well written. I really hope that there will be future books featuring Ainsleigh's brothers because they were some of my favorites and I would love to see what the future has in store for them.

This book is a must read for sure! - By Alisa

I just cannot get enough of this author and her amazing books! She has had me hooked from the very first book of her’s i read (desolate) way back when and hasn’t let me go ever since.

I adore this book, i adore Ainsleigh and Gentry’s story. This is not only a book about second chance’s, it’s a book about healing, about dealing with grief and learning to live again.

My heart broke for what these two went through, i cried with them, i waited with baited breath to see if they finally got the HEA they deserved, but most of all i felt like i was truly there. Their loss was my loss, their pain was my pain, their happiness was my happiness and for me that is exactly why i love this author. A.M doesn’t just write stories, she makes you feel them, they touch your heart and your soul and i for one hope she continues to write and continues to touch my heart with every chapter.

Another epic 5* read

Amanda is a new to me author so this was my first read of hers and what an impressive introduction to her books is was!

I love a second chance romance and this tear jerking one is gripping!

This story is heartbreaking and touching!
Warning- have tissues ready because your going to shed a lot of tears!
Be prepared to be taken on a journey of mixed emotions as this gives ALL THE FEELS!

Ainsleigh is returning to her home town after been away at college for four years after leaving with a broken heart.
Picked up from the airport by Gentry, the one she left behind with a broken heart leaving him only a letter.
Ainsley ran because of some tragedy in her life but it’s not revealed straight away and this only has you hooked more!
I love how this book dived straight into the story and we meet both the main characters straight away, Gentry is one hell of gentleman and has a love for Ainsleigh that runs so deep, you want nothing more than these two to get a HEA.

As well as Ainsleigh and Gentry, there’s a few other loveable characters and I would love to see Holden (one of her brothers) get his own story !

Ainsleigh and Gentry were in love and embracing their future together when tragedy struck. Ainsley was unable to handle the heartbreak, so she left town and Gentry behind and has been away for the last four years attending college.

Dealing with the loss of Ainsley as well as the tragedy they endured left Gentry devastated but now that she is returning home he is determined that they will have their second chance but first he must break through the walls that she has built around her heart.

This is an emotional story about love, healing and second chances. I haven’t read any other books by this author, but I intend to remedy that very soon. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

She ran. When all was said and done, she didn't fight for them or help them heal, she ran. A story about loss. About recovery, healing, forgiving and acknowledging you deserve love. With all of the emotions and death of their first child these two never really had a chance to talk. This is a great read that does a great job of dealing with the impact not only on the mother but those that surround her. It's an emotional tale that is sweet and has just the right amount of angst and a great supporting cast of family and friends that make this a touching and enjoyable read from an author who is new to me. I like the way she makes you feel the story and like part of the family.

After four years of being away at college, it's time for Ainsleigh to go back home to the place she loves the most, but also holds such tragic memories. Can she face her past and the boy she left behind?

What a beautiful story. Full of heartache, passion, and healing. Ainsleigh and Gentry's journey is one of heartbreak and forgiveness. My heart ached for these two. I loved Gentry's determination and selflessness. The chemistry between these two was off the charts and you could see how deep their love went. I loved every beautiful word! A MUST READ!! 5 STARS!

This was an incredible second chance romance. I think I experienced every emotion while reading this book. I've cried several times while reading other books but none have made me cry as much as I did with BMBH. There were happy tears (the tree), sad tears (too many times to name just one), and my-heart-has-been-ripped-from-my-body tears (Ainsleigh's tattoos).

I fell in love with Ainsleigh and her entire family, Gentry, Dylan, and Apsen. I would love to see more of the brothers and Dylan and Aspen in the future.

Warning... You'll need a box or 10 boxes of tissues while reading Bring Me Back Here.

A.M. is back with a FANTASTIC book! Are you ready to get lost and escape reality for awhile? Then you'll want to read Bring Me Back Here. I loved every second of this book even if I was crying or teary eyed almost every chapter. Don't worry there are moments where you'll laugh, smile, get angry but most of all you'll fall in love with all the characters. I hope the brother's get their own books. Ainsleigh and Gentry have one heck of a journey. The question is will they get their second chance. Or does the past hurt too much that Ainsleigh she can't. But Gentry won't stop till he gets what he wants.

This is an emotionally gripping story of true love and tragedy. It talks about very real subject matter with style and grace. From page one I was hooked.

Ainsleigh is finally coming home after 4 years away at college. She's scared and nervous to face the past that almost destroyed her. One thing never changed and that was where she called home.

Gentry has loved Ainsleigh most of his life. They were not supposed to be together as their families feud rivals the Hatfields and the McCoys. They followed their hearts until tragedy struck and created a canyon between them.

I loved the emotional aspects of this story and how the author wrote about them. It was as if I was experiencing the same pain. I can't tell you when was the last time that I cried this hard or cheered on the characters in a book. Great job A.M. Guillams and I look forward to exploring more of your books.
