Heal with Me rally hopes to raise awareness about child abuse

COLUMBIA (WACH) --- April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month and there are local groups hoping to bring more awareness about the issue.

The mission of a local organization called “Heal with Me” is to end child sexual abuse and help survivors heal.

The group is putting on a Healing & Empowerment Rally at the South Carolina State House.

It will take place Saturday April 21st from 9am – 10:30 am

Later that afternoon the group will also host a Healing- Yoga and Meditation workshop at Drew Wellness Center.

That will take place from 2pm – 4pm.
