Profiles in History Hollywood Auction totals over 6 million dollars

 

Profiles in History Icons and Legends of Hollywood” auction held the past few days has totaled and impressive $6 million dollars.

As reported by Movie Prop Collectors in this article many of the highlights chosen were top top sellers in the auction, along with many others.

Lot 611: Jane Fonda “Barbarella” futuristic rifle from Barbarella. Est: $15,000 – $20,000 

Sold for 220,000.00 + (61,600.00 bp) x 1 = 281,600.00

 

 

 

Lot 612: Jane Fonda “Barbarella” space rifle from the 1968 Life Magazine cover feature on Barbarella. Est: $20,000-$30,000

Sold for 70,000.00 (+ 19,600.00 bp) x 1 = 89,600.00

 

 

Lot 779:Industrial Light and Magic “Death Star” model from Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. Est: $150,000 – $250,000

Sold for 200,000.00 (+ 56,000.00 p) x 1 = 256,000.00

 

 

Lot 380: Charlton Heston “Judah Ben-Hur” practice chariot from Ben-Hur. Est: $120,000-$150,000

Sold for  120,000.00 (+ 33,600.00 bp) x 1 = 153,600.00
