Columbus Works President & CEO was pleased to be invited to participate in a national conversation at the Urban Institute in Washington D.C. The topic was how to best move entry level workers to middle skill wage jobs. The conversation and working discussion groups included review of the effectiveness of Career Pathways programs, apprenticeships, vocational training, and on-the-job training. The resulting work will eventually lead to policy discussions and recommendations.
