Why this petition matters
LG made the new HDR Game mode to Dark/DIM.I Personally also contacted LG for support and got shot down saying this is normal and I must reset my TV settings. After many emails and sending them proof of how dark/dim it is they said it is by design. Now reading forums an post there are many users with this concern.
LG You say this is by design that you made it darker/dim. We want to view HDR game mode as bright as HDR normal at least. We want to use HDR game mode as game developers intent us to see the picture. Not as what you think we should see the picture. To dark and dim.
Please remove or change this dark filter that is present on HDR game mode. Putting Dynamic contrast to high is not the answer. That is a standard for HDR.
This problem is ranging from xxuh7700, uh770v LED to most OLED range TV's as well.
