Fox Valley Park District Ticket Sales:

All ticket sales are final, refunds and ticket transfers are not available after purchase. All Fox Valley Park District facilities are open rain or shine and guests are encouraged to dress for the weather. If the Fox Valley Park District reschedules an event and a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued. If the Fox Valley Park District cancels an event ticket holders will be issued a full refund. Ticket holders must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund.
