1997 Season
A top backup at end who played in all 11 games for 233 plays... Also played in Citrus Bowl... Averaged 21.2 plays per game... 17 tackles and 11 "Big Plays" (five TTFL (-32), one FF and five FH)... Made Gator debut vs. Southern Mississippi and had one tackle and one QB sack for eight yards... Two tackles, one TBL (-2) and two FH vs. Central Michigan... Two tackles and one QB sack (-10) vs. Kentucky... Three tackles, two FH and one TBL (-3) vs. Arkansas... Two tackles and 0.5 QB sack (-8) vs. Auburn... Two tackles vs. South Carolina... Considered among the nation's elite prep defensive linemen in 1995... Named to virtually every prep All-America squad, including the prestigious Parade All-America Team... SuperPrep ranked him the second-best defensive line prospect in the nation while the National Recruiting Advisor ranked him the second-top defensive tackle prospect...
