This workshop provides an overview of customer service tips to better serve those in the autism community. Participants will increase their comfort level in interacting effectively with those in the autism community and, in general, improving their ability to provide more inclusive and effective customer service to everyone who uses the library. Additionally, the basic customer services skills and techniques covered can serve as universal models for best-practices library service to all members of the public.
