Welcome to the Summer Edition of the Gorderly Quarterly...
Welcome to the Summer Edition of the Gorderly Quarterly, where we like to share a newsbyte or two and a glimpse of some of the projects we've completed over the past quarter. By doing so, we aspire to inspire a creative spark...or an idea...or a solution...that will help you shape a new initiative or solve a communications challenge. We invite you to explore and discover how our marketing + design solutions can enhance, elevate, and amplify your brand.
We've Moved!
We've started a "brand" new chapter in the ByWard Market! Now located on the ground floor of 55 Murray Street in the historic Carriageway Building, gordongroup is proud to further its legacy of delivering world-class marketing + design services from its new home downtown. Give us a call, or come by for a visit!
Build in Canada Innovation Program: Filling a Funding Niche
To further support its mandate to capture the attention and interest of busy innovators in Canada and engage them in its innovation procurement program, BCIP saw the need to consolidate its image and messaging. We helped BCIP tighten their content and designed a refreshed visual identity they can leverage moving forward. Now, a compelling and cohesive system of typography, colour, architecture, and design elements better reflects the value they bring.
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada: Outstanding in the Field
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada needed to reach cattle ranchers in the Prairies with specific messaging around the benefits of different native forages on their rangelands. We adapted the recent visual identity we created with AAFC to collaborate on the design and production of a pocket-sized field guide that engages and informs.
Wellings of Stittsville: Showcasing Differentiators in a Crowded Marketscape
We used the previous visual identity we created with Wellings as the basis for a new rollout of marketing tools such as booklets, brochures, and ads to help them better showcase what makes their leasehold properties—tailored to the active 55+ demographic—different from their competition.
Capital Magazine: Place Branding the Nation's Capital
The Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and gordongroup co-published another issue of Capital—a B2B print and digital magazine that celebrates people, entrepreneurship, and business in the National Capital Region. This issue focuses on generational change and was supported by a launch event at Cours Bayview Yards. If you would like to explore how Capital can provide unique outreach opportunities for your business, contact Stephan Pigeon at 613-234-8468 ext. 250 or spigeon@gordongroup.com.
We hope you enjoyed this issue of the Gorderly Quarterly. See you in the Fall!
