INTRODUCTION TO THE TEXAS LENDING GRANT INITIATIVE 2018-19

The Texas Lending Grant for 2018-2019 affords the district:

(1) The ability to send home devices with students who need them

(2) The ability to send home (for short periods of time) a hotspot for Internet access.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Devices (laptops & Hotspots) will be distributed in accordance with the greatest need. Please see RUBRIC

• Each grade level will be given a date and time for parents to come to the Campus Library to sign contracts and to learn about laptop maintenance & Cyber Safety.

• Students will be able to pick up their devices during school hours. Watch for those announcements on the Arp Home Page.
