JALT Sendai Beer Garden Get-together 2018 - Reservation Form

Please reserve a place for me at the July Social Get-together to be held Sunday July 22 5pm - 8pm at Aloha Beer Garden on the rooftop of Parco 2.
- Reservation deadline: Thursday, July 12,
- Cancellation deadline: Thursday, July 12
(I understand that by making a reservation I will owe JALT Sendai for the event fee unless I cancel by the deadline.)

Fee includes all you can eat and drink for 3 hours (and the company of your fellows in the JALT Sendai community).
