Well I got 7 months out of this thing, using it 3-4 days a week. Unfortunately, I dropped it today at work and it broke. More like shattered. The sleeve obviously helps with holding it and helps with durability but still you have to be extra careful. For this reason, I wouldn't take it out and about. Only for careful gym use and home use. If you're walking at the park and you drop it, you'll have a mess to clean up. Plus it's embarassing when people look at you like "really, you're carrying around a glass container in public?" after you've dropped it.

Everything about it is near perfect.
Except screwing on the lids doesn't stop at the right spot. To drink from it the grippy parts are on the sides, not the back and front. So I have to hold it funny, or grab it by the glass. Lost a star for that.

Also the form factor makes it easy to tip.

Tried a few plastic bottles like the keg and the copper bottle and other protein shake bottles but they all end up growing nasty bacteria or copper oxide deposits.
