Drive/Walk Thru Influenza Clinic - Sunday, November 15, 2020

As flu season approaches, the Brookline Department of Public Health reminds residents that everyone should receive the flu vaccine yearly. It is especially important as we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, advanced registration is required and individuals must have an appointment. Clinics are open to all Brookline residents; adults, seniors and children - 6 months and older. Individuals without health insurance are welcome; there will be no charge.

Clinics will run from 10:00am – 1:00pm on the following dates:

Saturday, October 24: Larz Anderson, 25 Newton St., Drive-Thru only.

Saturday, November 7: Pierce School, 50 School St., Drive-thru enters from Washington St. by main library. Walk-In enters at Harvard St., across from Brookline Spa.

Sunday, November 15: Drive-Thru and Walk-In. See November 7 above.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING MULTIPLE PEOPLE, PLEASE ONLY SELECT ONE TIME SLOT. YOU WILL CONFIRM THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY AT CHECK-OUT.

Complete all sections of appointment form.

You will receive a confirming email, including clinic registration forms and vaccine information sheets, attached to the email. Please print out registration forms (one per person being vaccinated), complete the form(s) and bring them with you to the clinic. If a person in your vehicle requested flu mist; complete the form that says FLU MIST at the top.

Individuals without access to a computer: you may call the Health Department, 617-730-2641, during normal business hours, to register for the clinic.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Come only at appointed time
• Stay home if you feel ill
• Bring a form of ID
• Bring all health insurance cards
• Loose-sleeved clothing for arm access
• Face Mask required
• Families welcome
• Limited Flu Mist available
• No High Dose (senior) vaccine available
