Proposal

There are hundreds of reasons why ministries of education around the world still use methodologies developed decades ago, keep inherited educational policies, or sit on troves of educational information without making us of it. This panel will showcase four papers which aim at challenging these conventions, by presenting innovative, free open source, easy-to-use methodologies that give Ministries of Education additional insights to boost their educational planning and management practices.
