Back in March, I had home buying and selling seminars planned to take place at the local library. Then Covid hit and the world went on lockdown. Patiently, we waited... and waited... and waited some more for things to open up again. The more time that passes, the more it looks like we are faced with adjusting to a new normal. Even if the library opened today, would it be safe to bring a large group of people in to do my seminars? Hard to say! To stay on the safe side, I've decided to do my buying and selling seminars online this year. After all, real estate is an industry that requires constant action and adjustment!
The webinars will be hosted via ZoomWebinar. I've been on the audience-end of webinars on this platform before and it's very easy to use. The home buying webinar is scheduled for Monday, August 24th at 6pm, and the selling seminar for Thursday, August 27th, also at 6pm. Can't make that time? No worries! One thing I love about ZoomWebinar is that they record every webinar and email the recording to registrants afterward. So even if you are book at 6pm, register anyway and you will be emailed the recorded seminar the following day.
For both webinars, I plan to do a short (15-20 minute) presentation on the basics. After that, I'll open it up for questions from participants, so you can get specific answers to your specific questions.
