Learn how to set up the Oculus Rift from the Statewide VR lending kits available for libraries to borrow for programs. Participants will learn how to set everything up, operate various experiences both for themselves and for the public, and how to break everything down and put it back into the box. We will also cover the borrowing process.
Anyone may sign up, but registration is limited to 12.
A waiting list is available which will be used to schedule another training, if necessary. This course is required prior to borrowing the kits for any library whose staff aren’t familiar with using the Rift with the public.

The training will take place in the Towson room which is on the ground floor. If you enter through the library you will walk down a long ramp, if you enter from Chesapeake Ave., it will be to your right as you enter at street level. Parking validation is available in the library for some of the parking cost if you park in the lot adjacent to the library on Chesapeake Ave.
