Thank you for your interest in the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired Group Short Course Program!

Instructors work in conjunction with each student's Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) and/or Orientation and Mobility Instructor (O&M). The TVI and/or O&M will be contacted if a parent or guardian decides to register their child for a Short Course.

If you need assistance filling out this form please contact Meghan Fredel at 608-758-4926.

After completing and submitting this form, you will be contacted by an Outreach team member within two business days. We will be happy to provide you with in-depth Short Course program details and to assist you with anything you need, including sending registration paperwork, should you decide to register your child.
