   HOUSE OF HOLLAND JOINS DFO SHOWROOM    

DFO is really proud to announce that in our Resort 20 selection, we got the bold, got the disruptive and fearless. House of Holland is joining to our Shanghai Showroom for the first time.

The major UK brand will launch its Resort20 collection in Asia at China’s largest commercial showroom this September. DFO is now the sole China distributor and building House of Holland business in multi-label boutique sector.

   FROM THE FIRST T-SHIRTS TO FASHION AWARD

House of Holland is a London based RTW brand recognized for its bold and provocative character, established in 2006. Early on, with a range of ‘fashion groupie’ tees, Henry Holland’s slogans poked fun at the notoriously exclusive fashion crowd. The tee’s gained rapid international acclaim sending the fashion crowd and fans alike scrambling to get their hands on one of the designs. Two years later they win the first of 2 Scottish Fashion awards and launches its first pop up exclusively in Dover Street Market and have never left the fashion scene ever since.
In 2017 Henry Holland is nominated for British Fashion Awards for ‘Emerging Menswear’.

   A GOOD CAPSULE NEVER BAD   

House of Holland since has returned to their roots launching the ‘T-shirt Shop’, a 24-piece streetwear capsule. The capsules are developed with 8 collaborators from various creative disciplines including poetry, illustration, graphic design and photography. Each contributor individually works with House of Holland to incorporate their art work into 3 signature styles: the t-shirt, hoodie and sweatshirt.

Besides the iconic T-shirt there is are capsule collections for denim and tailoring as well. The denim capsule is centering on a reissued archive style from a historical brand collaboration with Levis 501. Tailoring capsule named Bespoke celebrates the diversity of both the brand and it’s customers, launching in June as the Pride awareness month.

   WHAT IS THE #HOHLIFE?   

Henry Holland, the aunt of the brand describes the DNA as following: “The brand is for those with a rebellious heart and playful attitude.” But who exactly are interested in such disruptive style? Many people apparently: House of Holland has 110k followers on Instagram and have been worn and loved by many celebs such as Lady Gaga, Kendall Jenner, Alexa Chung, Rita Ora, to name a few.

House of Holland has come a long way since the label began. Became an international brand, selling worldwide at stores such Net-a-porter and Selfridges ever since. But some things never change: House of Holland is still playful, positive and provocative - certainly not boring.
