UNHP’s Affordable Housing Webinar will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm. The Webinar will be a Bronx-focused look at the issues that have been brought to the forefront in our community during COVID-19, including the struggle to preserve mission-driven affordable housing, changes in multifamily buildings sales values, finances and conditions as well as emerging neighborhood needs around health, hunger, technology, and financial services. The Webinar, hosted on Enterprise Community Partner's expanded Zoom meeting platform, will feature a presentation by UNHP staff with recent and relevant data on these topics, as well as on our on the ground perspective in buildings and with community residents.

Eleanor Larrier, CEO from Bronx Community Health Network, Christina Hanson, ED for Part of the Solution ( POTS) and John Garcia ED of Fordham Bedford Community Services will comment on the presentation and share the experiences of thier health, and service organization's experiences during COVID-19. There will also be an opportunity for questions and responses from the presenters and responders.
