UARE placements are for 12 weeks total, no more and no less. They may only be shortened by one week under exceptional circumstances due to approved scheduling conflicts.

Preliminary eligibility screening of applicants |

Ranking of eligible applicants by project supervisors |

Internship offers sent to selected applicants (Offers expire if no confirmation is received within 1 week) |

Invitation Letter is drafted by UAI and emailed to host supervisor |
