Invertigo will be participating in “Sleepless: The Music Center After Hours - Disco Lives,” as part of an exciting and eclectic lineup of DJs, film screenings, art installations, live music, specially curated cocktails, and more! It all takes place at The Music Center's Dorothy Chandler Pavillion on April 6 & 7 from 11:30pm - 3:00am each day.

This edition of “Sleepless" celebrates the Disco era. For two nights, The Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion transforms into a Disco wonderland clad in gold and mirrors. Experience the evolution of Disco from its underground club roots and the cultural explosion of the late 70s, to its undeniable influence on current dance music and aesthetics. Invertigo Dance Theatre will present pop-up Disco dance happenings throughout the evening. The piece is inspired by the vivacious yet gritty disco dance halls of the 70s that represented a refuge for those on the fringe.

The piece is choreographed by Invertigo Artist Director Laura Karlin and Invertigo artist and Program Director Sadie Yarrington. Performance by Invertigo artists Heidi Buehler, Hyosun Choi, Christian Farjado, Isaac Huerta, and Sadie Yarrington.

Tickets on sale March 26 at 10:00 am! Tickets are $20 online and $30 at the door.  The event takes place at on April 6 & 7th from 11:30pm to 3:00am each night at The Music Center's Dorothy Chandler Pavilion located at 135 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
