Marry Clementine Bright or watch your carefully crafted kingdom crumble.
Well played, Grandfather. Well played.

I’ll say my I do's and pretend to be the doting husband, but this is one union that’s strictly a marriage of inconvenience. Clementine may be disarmingly beautiful, but she defies me at every turn. I'm the king of my castle. The ruler of my bedroom. And even though I want her, I’ll fight the urge to have her, until death do us part.

BEST DUET OF 2019!!!

I am completely blown away! Logan delivers the most epic conclusion in Groom that will have your mind racing, heart pounding and kindle combusting! I have never wanted to read so fast because I had to know what happens next and slow down because I didn’t want it to end so much. Page turner from start to finish!

You want suspense? You got it. You want action? You get it. You want off the chart sexy scenes? It’s scorching. You want cute humor thrown in? Check... you got it! Logan creates an amazing story that just blows your mind at every turn. Twists, questions, things you don’t see coming.... definitely you are on the edge of your seat.

At the end of Bride we were left with so many questions.
What was going to happen with Clementine and Gabriel.
So many secrets. You start playing out all these scenarios of what is happening, but Groom..... throw all what you thought out the window, It’s an edge of your seat roller coaster ride with twists you don’t see coming.

This duet is one of the best things I’ve read all year. I highly recommend you grab it up on it’s release August 13. It’s a 5 star must!

This is one of my absolute favorite Duet Series I’ve read to date. Logan Chance has once again blown me away, his mind is pure genius. Logan takes us on the biggest whirl wind ride with this series, be prepared to start reading and not put this book down until the last page and trust me you’ll be asking yourself “what did I just read”?

In book #1 BRIDE we were left with so many unanswered questions, I have been writing down so many possibilities on who is who, what will happen, will there be an HEA, will the wedding take place ?
Well..... this author completely threw me off. Logan is known for his plot twists, Angst, rom-com funny lines, and yes let’s not forget the dirty talking sexy af scenes that will melt your kindles, well he delivered all these and then some in this story. I’m still hung over after reading this book 2x already and I’m sure ill be reading it again soon.

Gabriel & Clementine have raced up to my favorite couple, these two fight their attraction to each other and well we all know what happens when you try to fight the inevitable? Yep some of the hottest sexiest scenes I’ve read in a long time. Both these characters are strong willed, stubborn and watching them both had we gasping and waiting to see what will happen next.

I’ve been so stuck on writing this review because I don’t want to give anything away, you will be kept guessing throughout this story on what will happen and how but...... once again Logan and his mastermind will surprise you and you will not know what hit you.

I can’t recommend this series enough it is shear perfection so if you haven’t started the duet yet go grab BRIDE and then dive right into GROOM and be ready for the ride of your life.

Kudos Logan on yet another brilliant story the conclusion in this Duet was nothing short of PERFECTION.

GROOM was worth the wait! The build up in BRIDE was the perfect set up for the conclusion of this duet.

Clementine is still holding her secrets close. Gabriel has promised to keep her and Tenny safe no matter the cost. The wedding is approaching and things are getting really tense.

Get ready for a suspense filled ride with some unexpected twists. The attraction between Gabriel and Clem is heating up. Clem and Gabriel finally act on that pent up sexual frustration and they do not hold back!

The author will keep you on your toes with this story. So buckle up and enjoy the climax! You’ll get all the answers to the questions that you were left with after book one and some WOW moments you never saw coming.

Groom is a seductive wolf in sheep’s clothing. You think the plot is headed in one direction, and then a cunning Prince brother twists and twists, until you're tied up in knots and begging for all the answers. Whew! Chance has written a brilliant game of cat and mouse that is so full of suspense and pent up emotion, I read it in one go. Packed with intense sexual chemistry, the story is a non-stop sensual (VERY sexy) mystery with so many twists and cliffhangers, it was impossible to find a safe place to pause. Groom leads to a gut-wrenching crescendo that shocked me, and left my jaw on my kindle.

This is a great summer beach read. A perfect combination of sizzling romance and throbbing suspense from start to finish. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 Logan Chance has written a great story.

Gabriel Prince is a sexy filthy mouthed businessman forced to marry his childhood friend, Clementine, with her own child in tow. You know, just buy the book, because I can’t really say more than that without spoiling, but the book is so good, I gasped more than once—it’s that good—I already read it again before I wrote this review.

Truth? I felt them fall, and it was so good. While this story pulses with undeniable lust and lewd scene after scene, there is a load angst, and it tests these two, and I didn't know who to trust. The swerves are so clever, the raw sensuality so vivid, I did not see the twists coming. Its’a fantastic read.

I’ve only been reading Logan Chance for a few months, but Groom solidifies his place as a top shelf writer for me. Don’t miss this sizzlefest of intrigue and love. If I had one wish, it would be for a few more chapters, I know I’m greedy. I love Clem and Gabriel.

What a magnificent conclusion to Gabriel and Clementine’s turbulent story! Groom picks up right after that holy freaking cliff of a hanger in Bride. Immediately I was drawn back into their story. Groom is mind-blowing, nail biting and deliciously complex.

If it’s one that I can depend on, is this author’s ability to suck you in with brilliant storytelling! There is no doubt that from the very first page, you’ll be hooked, line and sinker. The suspense and mystery that surrounded everyone had me sitting on the edge of my seat.

This is a flawlessly written story that is intense, raw, gritty, heartbreaking, emotional, passionate, steamy as well gripping suspense and dramatic, which all leads to a fantastic masterpiece that had me totally enthralled throughout this addictive page turner. A fantastic storyline and so addicting you just want more. A must read duet.

I moved straight onto this after finishing Bride. I enjoyed it.

Yes it’s another short read but the story moves forward and we get the answers we wanted.

I liked both Gabriel and Clementine. I did struggle a bit with Clementine keeping secrets. It’s generally a huge no no for me. Yet while it bugged me it wasn’t make or break.

I throughly enjoyed these two books. My only problem. And it could well be me that’s missed something since I was getting tired but couldn’t put my kindle down.

In Bride Clementine has a conversation with Veronica.
Do we ever discover what she was talking about?
What did she mean by everything?
Am I missing something?

“I wasn’t expecting an engagement.” Veronica glances over her shoulder at Gabriel. “Do you know everything?”
“Everything?”
She looks back at me. “Not everyone is capable of being Gabriel’s wife.”
A man with buzzed dark hair approaches Gabriel, leaning in to tell him something. Gabriel glances in my direction, a scowl forming over his features.
“I’m sure they aren’t.”
She tilts her blonde head, studying me. “You don’t know, do you?”
“Know what?” Her riddles are using up the last of my patience.
“If you’re not going to tell me, I’m going to go, because although these shoes are to die for, they’re killing my feet.”
“If you’re a smart girl, you’ll figure it out.” She gives me a patronizing grin. “Here’s a hint…”
“Veronica, it’s time for you to go,” Gabriel says, appearing at my side.

What did I miss?

DISCLOSURE; Strictly on a volunteer basis, this is a pre-release review via the author.

CAPTIVATING - DANGER - ACTION & SIZZLING ROMANCE

A river-of-pent-up molten-hot desires explode in "Groom." Heart-pounding suspense, passionate scenes that left me breathless and a mind-blowing twist make this a sensational read for me. The author did not disappoint as this story is everything I wanted plus more.

Invitations sent, flowers are chosen, venue secured, a bridal gown selected all for the ultimatum marriage ordered in Gabriel's grandfather's will. Secrets that Clem keeps from Gabriel weigh heavy on her mind. Horrific danger awaits to pounce. Protecting Clementine and her son is pivotal to Gabriel. Will there be a wedding? Will Clementine be free of her distressing secrets and will Gabriel learn the answers he craves? Getting to this happy ending is a roller-coaster journey of twists and bends.

Relished this unforgettable page-turner creative read with witty dialogue, life-threatening moments, heartfelt moments, praise-worthy characters, sizzling romance, and an awesome conclusion to this duet. Clementine and Gabriel are perfect together. Gabriel's adoration for Tennyson is heart-melting.

I'm on the fence here. I liked it. Not loved it. There's a huge difference. Will I go back and re-read? I doubt it. Don't get me wrong the questions I wanted were answered.

But I struggled to engage with the characters. Putting it down and then picking back up. Maybe I was suffering a book hangover not sure.

It was steamy. And on that point it didn't let down. But I'm about more than just getting to the sex. That's a bonus. Gabriel frustrated me. He's this billionaire but he comes off as completely different sometimes.

Omg, I don’t have words to describe Groom by Logan Chance. It is the MUST READ conclusion Clementine and Gabriel’s story. The chemistry between them burns up the pages. Mixed with that chemistry is a web of lies that could destroy them if the wedding wasn’t already planned.
Clementine continues to have her son’s best interest in mind. He is her world. She’s strong minded but yet weak when it comes to her attraction to Gabriel. Giving into him is too easy because he makes her feel things she’s never felt before. You can’t build a relationship on lies and her struggle to tell Gabriel the truth makes her mind worry about the consequences of not being truthful from the start.
Gabriel has no idea what hit him. He’s a mixed bag of emotions that he has no idea how to control. Deep down he knows what his heart needs but it’s not what his mind wants. Thought the book, he really struggles with these unfamiliar emotions. He is a man of congrol, per
As with any relationship, the lies hit both of them like a ton of bricks. Multiple layers of lies, protection, and regret come to light. These lies affect more than Clementine and Gabriel. Family bonds are tested and retested which adds to the emotional rollercoaster that effects both Gabriel and Clementine.
Logan has written a beautiful, steamy, love story that builds in anticipation of what’s to come and will keep you turning each page. Groom is the second book in the Deceit Duet. You must read Bride first since Groom starts off where Bride left off. I truly loved this duet and hope that we will hear more about the lives of Clementine and Gabriel. I received an advance copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

"You humble me"

I enjoyed this story because of the surprisingly twisted plot line and I enjoyed the writing. Truly, the first part of this duo began with Bride Bride (Deceit Duet, #1) by Logan Chance and it felt so incomplete. However the writing was engaging enough for me to go on to read the second book of this duet, that is this, Groom Groom (Deceit Duet, #2) by Logan Chance

The story unfolds in dual POVs and there is an enjoyable tension between the hero and heroine. with a suspenseful and surprising plot line. It's sort of and "effed up" and twisted Cinderella story. Only Prince Charming and Cinderella have "issues". Their impossible but "fated" love blooms wonderfully, erotically, with a touch of poetry. This touch of gentleness in a character that initially presents as so cold and unfeeling is lovely phenom that leaves a hopeless romantic like me weak kneed and breathless. The heroine was written on point so their dynamic is believable.

Any well written and well thought story that takes you away from the sorrows and toils of real life is a treasure for me. It moved me and my heart. Because of this is treasure I recommend the duet.

Suspenseful, Thrilling and Sexy

Logan had me on the edge of my seat, and had me guessing throughout the entire book. Groom is the conclusion of the Deceit Duet Series. I am once again blown away at Logan’s storytelling.  This is a story of secrets and lies, and not sugar and spice and everything nice.

As the wedding of Clementine and Gabriel comes closer, will they become one? Or will it end in disaster? The pure chemistry between the Clementine and Gabriel is definitely passionate. I found this story romantic, suspenseful, thrilling and sexy.  You will need to read to see if there is any HEA. I am very happy to see the conclusion to this story and highly recommend the book.

I skimmed from 25% onwards Star

This book was a HUGE disappointment. I love the blurb, sounds intriguing and interesting but really the story fell short in all aspects!

- Little to no character development

- The secrets that really WASN'T a shocker. I've already guessed it. And I've only read the Bride at that time. Except for one thing which I don't know how the hell it happened without Clementine knowing! - no proper explanation of the whole revelation was given.

No twist or turn.

Bored me to death.

“I love fucking you.” .....
“Are you a good girl for me?” ....
“Yes, I’ll do anything you want me to do.” “You’ll let me fuck you anytime I want?” “Yes.” “You’ll let me fuck you anywhere?” His dick slams into me, making me almost lose it all for him. “Yes, Gabriel. Anywhere.”

**Major eye roll** That's just one scene. Enough of ALL the f*cking and get on with the story!

I don't know how people kept saying this is the best duet ever! I mean, really? This is one of the worst.
The total number of pages could sum up only a book. And even if the total duet only cost me 1.98 in total, it was still a waste of time and money.

Omg Logan chance as done it again.
Groom is book 2 to the deceit duet. It picks up were bride left off.
This was also hot and steamy that I needed to fan myself down.

Gabriel is still that arrogant man and still wants to marry clementine.
Somewhere between bride and groom gabriel fell for clementine but wasn't ready to admit it.
At times though gabriel did annoy me that I was like don't you marry him clem.
He did in the end grow on me and I think I fell in love with gabriel.

Clementine is still that strong woman trying to do what's best for her and her son tennyson.
So much so that she is still willing to marry gabriel. She is also hiding a secret that is dangerous for her and her son. I wont say anymore about that I wont spoil it for you.
The ride that Logan takes you on is beautiful. The twists and turns were amazing. you weren't expecting it but at the same time you kind of do expect it.
The love they had for each other at the end was beautiful.
Thank you Logan for another amazing book.
I recieved a ARC in exchange for my honest opinion and I'm volunteering to leave this review.
I highly recommend this book you wont be disappointed.

What can I say about this book besides absolutely mind blowing. We last saw our couple Clementine and Gabriel at an art gallery and not knowing what was going to happen to them. Their arranged marriage is not something either of them thought they wanted or is it! Secrets are being kept and no one is safe.

Gabriel for the life of him can not figure out what his grandfather was thinking when he insisted on him and clementine get married in order to keep the company he has put his life into. There is just something about her that makes Gabriel want to figure out how far he can push to make her his.

Clementine Knows why Gabriel’s grandfather did what he did at least she thinks she does. Bishop Blackstone the Prince’s biggest business rival want this wedding stopped and only clementine knows why.

This book takes you on an epic roller coaster ride with twists and turns at every corner and a bombshell I didn’t even expect. This is a must read and once you start it you want stop.

Not what I expected

I’m not sure where to start. The answers came that I was dying for but I don’t know what to think.

Sure there was a hea but I just couldn’t connect with the characters. They seemed all over the place.

I’m thinking I should stop here. I’ll have to think over this again and maybe be better prepared when I try to review honestly.

An excellent conclusion to the Deceit Duet. Gabriel and Clementine are forced into marriage by the last will of Gabriel’s grandfather. In this book, we learned all the answers. There are many twists and turns, it might get you dizzy. Groom is full of angst, questions and it’s a page turner. I love the way Mr. Chance weaves the story, one never knows where it will go.

A great low angst and quick duet:). Again, loved the writing and the sex was great stuff, very steamy and dirty, and loved not all just wished though we had "more" to their relationship. I really enjoyed both of them and would have liked to see more into their future as well!

I know a book is good when it has me wanting to scream the author's name at the end.

LOGAN!!!

GROOM is everything I was anticipating in the conclusion of Clementine and Gabriel's story. Good ole' Grandpa Prince had a plan to marry off his grandson for reasons of his own. With the wedding plans on track, it's time that the bride and groom get acquainted. The time they get to really learn more about each other is off the charts HOT. The moments that Gabriel spends with Tennyson (Clem's son) is adorable and had me looking at Gabriel Prince in a different light. His domineering, broody, and controlling personality softens (just al little) when he is around Clementine and Tennyson. Who knew what secrets and lies this arranged marriage would uncover? I sure didn't.

Groom had me on the edge of my seat. The suspense had me questioning who, what and where many times throughout my read. The sexual chemistry between this couple is freaking explosive, I seriously felt my knees weaken. This is one story that I shouldn't say too much because I will want to give too much away. I'm going to leave you with recommending that you read The Deceit Duet and get ready for a WTH ending I never saw coming.

POV:Dual

Concluding part of Bride.

We know that an arranged marriage is the last thing Clementine and Gabriel want. But it is what it is.
Even though they both have feelings for each other. But fight them, cause it can't be real. But the chemistry between them is "of the charts" hot!

Clem thinks she's figured out why they've to marry. Does she tell Gabriel or just keep pretending and go along with it?

The preparations are ready.
But, there's a threat.
Can they sort it out in time?
The twist and turns that I didn't see coming.
Logan keeps you thinking, that's for sure.
Another great page turner!
But it's the moments with Gabriel and Tennyson, they're heart melting.

I read an advanced copy of Groom. This is my voluntary and honest review.

I had to step back and reflect after I reviewed this epic conclusion to the Bride duet series. This is by far the best Duet series I've read in a long time! If you read Bride and thought you were left hanging by your nails at the end.....well.....hang on because Logan Chance continues the thrill ride in Groom!

You will never know what is going to hit you and when. There are some amazing twists, turns, deception, and lies in Groom. He added intense chemistry and passion to the mix between Clementine and Gabriel. My tablet went from smoking to combusting by the time all was said and done!!!!!!

All of the questions you had from Bride will be answered and more! The ending is epic and beautiful!
Logan Chance has earned master story teller status with this series! I can't wait to see what he brings to the table next!

Be sure to reserve a block of time to read this book. You won't be able to put it down once you start!!!!!

What to say about the concluding part to the Deceit Duet without giving much away???
GROOM follows on from the 'Cliffhanger' ending, and the anticipation on how the questions raised in BRIDE would be answered was one of the things I looked forward to finding out,I had my own suspicions as to the answer to one of those would be...and as the story progressed, the truth was revealed,I thought Woo Hoo to me...I guessed it!!....But that was but a brief moment of victory, for alongside the sizzling chemistry between Gabriel and Clementine,we get a journey of twists and turns, leading to a discovery that I DIDN'T SEE COMING,and what I call another MINDF*** of a creation, that has been delivered, with writing that has you completely sucked in from start to finish!!

I LOVED IT!

Just wow, I have been anxiously awaiting the conclusion to the Deceit Duet and the author did not disappoint me. This is a very well written, exciting, storyline with twists and turns right up to the very end. Groom takes off right from where the cliffie left us in Bride (part 1 of this duet) and never slowed down. The storyline took my emotions on a rollercoaster ride as the suspenseful romance unfolded. I was left in the dark as to the outcome until the very end.

Mr. Chance’s books never ceases to amaze me. His style has such diversity that his books have all held me captive no matter the genre. I would rank this Duet as one of my very favorites and I offer the author kudos for a job well done. I Highly Recommend grabbing up The Deceit Duet (Bride and Groom), you won’t regret it. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for an Amazing Suspenseful Romance.
