University Research Salary Scales/Guidelines
The Researcher Salary Guidelines have been agreed with funding agencies and should be used by universities when hiring researchers. These salary guidelines are correct from January 1st 2024 – June 1st 2026.
The IUA researcher salary guidelines have been updated to reflect the 2024-2026 national pay agreement.
