Part 2 of Natasha’s celebration of a century of Black Women in Music as part of BBC Radio Scotland’s marking of Black History Month. Featuring music from the last 50 years, she puts on her disco shoes with some 1970s Chaka Khan and punk is celebrated with singer Poly Styrene and her band X-Ray Spex then moving in to the 21st century with Lauren Hill and Jill Scott before bringing things right up to date with The Late Great Denise Johnson and Scottish artist Heir Of The Cursed.
