Rhoda married William Stanley Judy (29 December 1848 - 19 June 1905).
Rhoda was a member of a pioneer family of Illinois. She was the last of ten children.

Mrs. Rhoda Adeline Bartlett Judy, 92 a member of one of the pioneer families of Illinois and formerly a Decatur resident died late Thursday at Jacksonville. A resident of Decatur 54 years, Mrs. Judy was born Dec. 9, 1852 near Edwardsville in Madison county, a daughter of Jesse and Nancy Ann Adams Bartlett. She was the last member of a family of 10 children.
Mrs. Judy leaves two daughters, Mrs. Harry E.Haines and Mrs. Harry C. Miller of Decatur, a son, Joseph A.F. Judy of Urbana, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A son died as a child 55 years ago and a second son, William T. Judy died in 1940.
Funeral services for Mrs. Judy will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the Dawson & Wikoff funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
