Josie’s Transition Expenses

Transison isn’t easy, but neither is a life of living with the wrong body. I’ve spent way more time, money, and effort to punishing my body for not being what I wanted, than I’d care to admit.
Since coming to terms with my trans-ness I have been able to start some major work on myself and do quite a bit of self improvement dealing with a depression fueled drinking problem and passive suicidal ideations.
I’m tackling my, finally diagnosed, major clinical depression, which directly stemmed from denying I was trans for so long.
I have a great medical team, and insurance covers both my HRT and mental heath services, but anything other that “bottom surgery” isn’t included. Without going into to much detail, (if you donate I feel you have the right to ask what your money will go to ) I am taking full advantage of my insurance options. There is still a lot of medical bills that I’ll be needing help with, and financial help certainly isn’t the only help I’ll need, but if you can help me along my journey I’d be forever greatful.
