USAPEEC members will once again return to the Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown for the 2019 winter meeting. Located in Washington's fashionable West End, Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown surrounds you in comfort and luxury.

For the Board of Directors, the meeting is set to begin the afternoon of Monday, December 9 with the Board of Directors meeting and dinner. The morning of Tuesday, December 10 starts with a committee meeting for the members of the Trade Policy Task Force. Tuesday afternoon all members are invited to attend the International Marketing Forum along with the annual industry holiday reception. The final day, Wednesday, December 11 begins with the General Session then moves into the Speakers Forum. Around noon a buffet luncheon and featured guest speaker [tbd] will conclude the three-day conference. 

USAPEEC Member registration is $700. The deadline to register for the meeting without penalty is November 15. After November 15 a $100.00 late fee will apply. No refunds will be honored after November 15.

This meeting is for USAPEEC member companies only. Attendance also includes USAPEEC staff, government partners, industry guests, and speakers. A member's spouse or adult guest may attend the Industry Reception for a fee of $150.

You will be provided with an opportunity to sponsor the winter meeting at the DIAMOND, PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER OR BRONZE level. As a Diamond or Platinum level sponsor, your company has the opportunity to support the event of your choice. You'll select your event during registration.
