We are hiring Commercial Rack Refrigeration and General Facilities Maintenance Technicians in Antioch, Franklin, Lebanon, Soddy Daisy and Memphis in Tennessee!

Featured Roles

  • General Facilities Maintenance Technician: diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance duties for all commercial equipment and more.
  • Commercial Rack Refrigeration Technician: maintain and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems by completing priorities in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. You will maintain quality standards by inspecting installations and modifications of HVAC/R and more.

Are you a good fit for our Commercial Rack Refrigeration Technician Technician role? Yes, if: 

  • You possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • You are eligible for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • 2 years total work experience, in commercial refrigeration, mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field
  • Vocational or Technical Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) certification
  • You have Type I/Type II Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
  • Rack refrigeration experience required for our HVAC/Refrigeration Technician roles

Are you a good fit for our General Facilities Technician roles? Yes, if: 

  • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • You are eligible for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Have Vocational or Technical certification and 2+ years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.

Walmart Offers: 

  • Commercial Rack Refrigeration Technician Starting pay range $23-$45, based on experience
  • General Facilities Maintenance Technician Starting pay range $19-$35, based on experience
  • Potential Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 (1/2 at 30 days of employment and 1/2 at 6 months)
