Slow Food Southwest Washington chapter would like to invite you, as a chapter that’s part of the Cascadia region, to participate in our second annual Slow Food Cascadia Food Festival & Summit, taking place October 5, 2019.

Join a celebration of our bioregional bounty and contribute to a deep and vital network of relationships that are being cultivated between the land and the seas. Meet producers, chefs, and cooks who contribute to the wealth and flavor of the region by producing the foods we love and weaving them together into incredible ecogastronomic experiences.
