We stay here everytime we fly into DFW for at least a night or two as we are coming from overseas. It's convenient, they have a free airport shuttle, the hotel is clean, rooms are of good size and the location is OK, plus the breakfast is better than most other places.

The house was disgusting.
The house was disgusting. The booking stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms. The property management was horrible when communicating our dissatisfaction. Please see the pictures I posted. It was so nasty. I don't want anybody to be fooled by this listing. It needs to be removed from booking. We paid for 5 bedrooms and only got 4 bedrooms. We had to share rooms. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. The listing is falsely advertised on booking.com.

Shuttle service is unreliable and not available after 10:00 pm but theyadvertise 24/7 shuttle. Rude treatment by front desk and shuttle driver. The heater wasn’t working , the remote either, the hot water was taking for ever and I know there’s other tenants but water was running for about 20 mins before it got hot ,the room was suppose to be non smoking but it smelled like smoke we told the people in the front and they didn’t Offer to move us or anything there was no microwave and we asked for a do not disturb and they said they didn’t have . Very basic, but price was least in area.
Very basic, but price was least in area. No amenities other than a small piece of soap. No hair dryer. There was a microwave, but the cord was too short, so. We had to put it on the floor to plug it in. The sheets were too small and came off the very old mattress during the night. The card entry system had to be redone at least 5 times during two night stay. The safety lock on door was broken. Perhaps the worse thing is the lobby is never open, they have installed a bank teller like thick glass to keep themselves safe? Didn’t give me a good feeling about the hotel’s location.

Room was different than I booked. I had ask if pool was opened at time of booking and was told no. Once I checked in I heard kids yelling and I ask if pool was opened they said yes. I was up set because I would have brought swim suit and use the pool and hot tub.JoAnnUnited States

After my first night, I recommended it to two other family members they switch hotels and was also pleased. The breakfast was great lots of items to choose from. They had something for everyone especially if you are a picky eater. The hotel is located near the airport, lots of shopping areas, food and gas stations are within walking distance.

This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Allowed pets for a small fee and had pet relief areas for clean up. The TVs had Netflix which was a huge plus for my family. They will even drive you around to places you need to go within a 2 mile radius. Took us to the store waited and then took us for dinner, we just called them when we were finished dinner and they came and picked us up. Saved us huge on ubers! Will book again for sure if ever back in that area.
