Kent Petersen

Kent has been in the industry for over 30 years working in post and broadcast. He started at Avid over 22 years ago. He started as a Critical Account Manager in Avid working with many different customers. As he continued in the company he has been working with Pre-sales team as Senior Solution Specialist. In this role he has helped shape customers in workflows for on premise as well as remote. To name a few of such customers Bell Media, Tele-Quebec and DHX. He continues to work with customers around the world.

Serena Harris

Sales Director, North America | Marquis Broadcast

Serena's knowledge of media and entertainment workflows spans over two decades. After her start in the industry as a technical support engineer, Serena moved into presales, then more recently, sales management at Marquis, where she was brought on to drive the company's direct and indirect sales within the US and Canada. Previously with Blue Order (acquired by Avid in 2010), Serena has a wealth of knowledge about the complexities and challenges of media management.

Marquis is an Avid Certified Alliance Partner with both Project Parking and Workspace Tools, which are managing over 70 petabytes of data worldwide.

John Harris

John has worked on the cusp of many of the technology waves over the last few decades from the first transition to Digital Video with Abekas, Introduction of video compression systems with Ampex and the move to Desktop computing with Avid. With experience from engineering, sales and business management John has a unique perspective on the ever-evolving technology.
