Work Comp Campus and vocational rehabilitation

On Nov. 6, the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) announced Work Comp Campus had temporarily removed the "My Rehab Case" tab for system enhancements. As a result, rehabilitation providers will be unable to view their open rehabilitation cases or file documents in Campus until further notice.

This is a followup communication to review the interim process and will be discussed tomorrow during an addutuional Campus Answer Hour for Rehabilitation Providers at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Until Campus functionality is restored

  • Rehabilitation providers will not be able to create or file required rehabilitation reports and progress records (including R-forms) in Campus.
  • Rehabilitation providers will not be able to file a Rehabilitation Request in Campus.
  • Rehabilitation providers will be able to file registration applications and renewals in Campus.
  • Rehabilitation providers may contact the Workers' Compensation Division Help Desk at 651-284-5005 (press 3), 800-342-5354 (press 3) or helpdesk.dli@state.mn.us with questions about filing any other form.
  • Providers should continue to perform consultations and develop and circulate R-forms and required reports to the parties as required by the rehabilitation rules.

Filing when Campus functionality is restored

  • When DLI notifies rehabilitation providers that Campus functionality has been restored, required rehabilitation reports and progress records (including R-forms) must be filed in Campus within 10 business days of the notice.

Penalties when filing in Campus is unavailable

  • DLI will not issue penalties against a rehabilitation provider under Minnesota Rules 5220.0130, 5220.0410, 5220.0510 or 5220.0450 for failure to file required rehabilitation reports and progress records (including R-forms) when system functionality is unavailable. DLI may assess penalties if the required rehabilitation reports or progress records (including R-forms) are not filed within 10 business days of notice that system functionality has been restored.
