Q1. How to check graphic card dedicated video memory?
This is the easiest way to find your graphics video memory on Windows 7, 8,8.1:
Open Control Panel > Display > Screen Resolution. Click on Advanced Setting. Under the Adapter tab, you will find the Total Available Graphics Memory as well as the Dedicated Video memory. The amount of VRAM your computer’s graphics card has will be listed next to Dedicated Video Memory: under the Adapter Information section.

- Press the Windows Logo key on your keyboard to open the Start Menu.

How to Check Witch Graphic Card is Active?
When you check your graphic card video memory size (Read Q1) Under the Adapter tab, you will find your graphics name for example if it's showing Intel HD Graphic that means your active Graphic card is your Intel CPU ntegrated graphics. in same way, if the Adopter Tab showing AMD,Nvidia or something else that might be possible that your active graphic card is your alternate GPU that you might installed on your CPU Motherboard.
