The case of the missing Hill

My great great grandfather was Alfred Hill, and he was born on 10th February, 1845, in Walsoken, Norfolk.
He married my great, great grandmother Elizabeth Barker on 15th January, 1965 in Emneth Norfolk (she was born on 22nd April, 1840, in Emneth, Norfolk).
According to the 1911 census, they had four children, one of who died. I have only been able to find the three of them:
* Albert Hill, born on the 6th December 1865 in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire (I do not know when he died).
* Elizabeth Hill, born on the 11th August 1867 in Walsoken, Norfolk and who died on 20th March, 1957, in Bexley Heath, Kent.
* Cecilia Lucinda Hill, born on the 14th June 1870 in Walsoken, Norfolk and who died on 19th August, 1963 in Wisbech Cambridge.
The fourth I have not been able to find.
Can anyone help me the fourth child?
Alternatively, can you help me to find when Albert Hill died?

Have you checked GRO, you can now search using mother's maiden name. I had a quick look from 1864-1880 using 'Wisbeach' as area but only found Albert (N.B. 1866!), Elizabeth & Cecilia.

On FamilySearch there are BT for Walsoken showing:
Albert son of Alfred & Elizabeth HILL bpt. 27 Dec 1868 father 'Tinman' (I think this is occupation stated)
Albert son of Alfred & Elizabeth HILLS bpt. 29 Sep 1867 father 'Brazier'
They maybe the same family and perhaps one son died very young and they reused the name.

Can't see the family in 1871
Albert not with them in 1881. He seems to be one of the "special inmates" at Woodbury Hill Reformatory in Worcestershire.

Shocking story about his father, Alfred Hill, tin plate worker of Walsoken, in the newspapers in August 1877. In which his son of about 11 or 12 years is also referred to as Alfred in one or two of the reports
Seems that Albert/Alfred was unruly and his father took some extreme steps in the way of disciplining him.

In 1911, in the Salvation Army Working Mens Hotel and Shelter, Middlesex Street, City of London, a possible sighting perhaps?
