Guidelines for Submitting Proposals

One proposal form must be used for each sectional submission. If you are submitting multiple proposals, please complete a separate form for each proposal.

There may be no more than 2 presenters per sectional.

We ask that you do not submit a proposal unless you can commit to presenting on ANY of the convocation dates: October 2-4, 2025.

All proposals must be submitted on or before June 14, 2024.
Agreement Terms
Applicants chosen to present at the 2025 LEA Convocation...

>Should incorporate a biblical Christian worldview into their presentation.
>Are responsible for their own registration, housing, travel, and incidental costs.  
        (Registration is not required to present.)
>Are responsible for a 60-minute presentation.
>Are responsible for supplying their own computer and adapter cord(s) if required for the presentation.
        (A video projector will be provided for all presenters.)
>Are prepared to make their presentation in a theater-style setting.
>Are responsible for producing, transporting, and distributing any handouts for participants.
>Will receive an honorarium for speaking.
>Must be committed to present on any of the convocation dates: October 2--4, 2025.
