This form should help us collect *somewhat formalized* description of MT systems participating in the news task.

Please use this form repeatedly to describe all variants of your system reasonably accurately. In other words *multiple entries* can have the same System Name. What should *not* occur is more entries with the same system name and the same language pair checked.

The granularity of system variations is of course a little hazy. It is definitely OK to use one entry despite the training set of the sentences was of a different size for the various language pairs. If is definitely OK to use one entry, if e.g. all your submissions used the same UD style parser for the (varying) source language. On the other hand, I would prefer separate entries if one system variant used constituency syntax and one used dependency syntax.

If you want to create many responses at once in a spreadsheet form, use the *second sheet* in the above Google Sheet. The first sheet is automatically populated, so le't not touch it.

This form is not supposed to make your life hard in any way. Cut corners by saying things like "too hard to summarize" if we simply need to wait for the paper. But if you *can* answer precisely without much effort, please do it.

Please fill this form in the Australian Border Control Style. "Just declare it." :-) In other words, tick more, include hints that you did something specific. Those who are interested will notice and ask you about the details.
