AQW Image Search Discord Bot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the AQW Image Search
Discord bot ("the Bot"). By using the Bot in Discord, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. What the Bot does

The Bot provides Discord slash commands that help users search AdventureQuest
Worlds item data by text, uploaded image, color, item tags, and shop data. The
Bot returns item names, item links, generated result grids, and pagination
controls inside Discord.

The Bot is an unofficial, independent fan utility. The Bot operator is not part
of Artix Entertainment, AdventureQuest Worlds, AQW Wiki, or Discord Inc. The Bot
is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any of those
parties.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Bot only if you are allowed to use Discord and are at least 13
years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country if that age is
higher.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

- Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, or
  Developer Policy.
- Upload, search for, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing,
  hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Upload private, confidential, or sensitive images or information that you do
  not want processed by the Bot.
- Abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass limits or
  security controls for the Bot, Discord, or any third-party service used by the
  Bot.
- Misrepresent the Bot's output as official AQW, Discord, or Artix
  Entertainment information.

4. User content and command input

When you use the Bot, you may provide text queries, tag filters, shop names,
color values, pagination input, and image attachments. You keep any rights you
have in content you provide. You give the Bot operator permission to process
that content only as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Bot.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to submit.

5. Search results and accuracy

The Bot searches AQW-related item, image, color, tag, and shop data. Results
may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, or ranked
unexpectedly. The Bot is provided for convenience and entertainment only.

6. Availability

The Bot may be changed, limited, disabled, or discontinued at any time. Some
features may be unavailable because of Discord permissions, hosting issues, or
third-party service availability.

7. Third-party services

The Bot operates through Discord. Discord may process your interactions,
attachments, messages, and account data under Discord's own terms and privacy
policy.

The Bot may use third-party service providers for hosting, Discord operation,
or search processing. If a third-party search provider is enabled, text queries
or uploaded image query data may be sent to that provider only as needed to
return search results.

8. No warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot operator is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or
for loss of data, loss of access, or reliance on Bot results.

10. Enforcement

The Bot operator may block, restrict, ignore, or report use that appears to
violate these Terms, Discord's rules, applicable law, or the safe operation of
the Bot.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after an
update means you accept the updated Terms.

For support, reports, or questions about these Terms, contact the Bot operator
through the support Discord server or contact link provided by the Bot's /help
command, or through the repository or distribution page where the Bot is
published.
