Please complete this form to be considered for LTLC. Life Teen Leadership Conference is June 22nd - 26th at Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. This conference is designed for incoming juniors and seniors who no longer want a “feel good” faith of watered-down Scripture; they crave depth, substance and relationship. These teens are changing their parishes, their schools, their families and are devoted to bringing others closer to Christ.

We believe in this conference so much that we pay $650 for each student to attend - it is totally free to you!  Because of the limited spots for this trip we ask each interested student to fill out an application. If you are accepted, you will commit to being on SMA Youth Ministry Student Core Team and meet monthly for one year.
