• Total profit: P x I x N
• Sale price: P + (P x I x N)
• Monthly instalment: ((P x I x N) + P) / n
P = Facility amount
I = Profit rate per annum
N = Tenure in years
n = Tenure in months

Example:
Facility amount – RM10,000
Profit rate per annum – 6.65%
Tenure in years – 10 years
Tenure in months – 120 months

• Total profit: RM10,000 x 6.65% x 10 years = RM6,650
• Sale price: RM10,000 + (RM10,000 x 6.65% x 10 years) = RM16,650
• Monthly instalment: ((RM10,000 x 6.65% x 10 years) + RM10,000) / 120 months = RM138.75
