WCIT-12: Background Briefs and FAQs

The World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT) is being convened in December 2012 to review the International Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs) which date from 1988. The ITU Secretariat has developed a number of Background Briefs on key issues that are expected to be discussed at the conference, as well as answers to a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that will be updated as necessary.
