Watts 103rd Urban Tree Canopy - Tree Application

The Watts Urban Tree Canopy & Rain Garden Parkways is a multi-benefit urban tree canopy project that will plant 600 native plants and 50 native trees along 103rd Street in Watts, CA. sequestering GHG emissions as well as providing shade for people, streets, and buildings.

As part of our Watts 103rd St. Urban Tree Canopy Project, From Lot to Spot, a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization, in cooperation with Streets L.A., would like to:

1. Plant a tree in the parkway in front of or adjacent to your property, at no cost to you.

2. Future tree trimming will be done by Streets LA at no expense to you, as availability of funds permit.

Yes, please plant a tree. I understand that for the first 3 years, I will be responsible for watering the new tree twice a week during warmer months and once a week during cooler months. The tree will not be replaced if it dies due to lack of care or vandalism.
