SKY Happiness Retreat at UIUC | September 8-10, 2023 | Application Form
You must attend all three days and each session of the SKY Happiness Retreat
The retreat will be in-person held on campus, on campus from September 8th to10th
    -  September 8th (Fri): 6:00pm - 9:00pm
    -  September 9th and 10th (Sat & Sun): 12pm - 5:30pm

SKY Happiness Retreat is a total well-being training offered to thousands of university students, faculty, and staff across the country.  Recent study at Yale University found that SKY Happiness Retreat significantly reduces stressdepression, and has a long-lasting impact on mental healthmindfulnesspositive emotion and social connectedness. The SKY Happiness Retreat introduces SKY Meditation, an evidence-based meditation practice integrated with breath work that can significantly increase one's well-being and calmness, and significantly reduces anxiety and stress markers.  The course features interactive group processes, experiential learning, emotional intelligence training, breath-work, yoga, and evidence-based meditation. It's one of the coolest places to connect with yourself, make new friends, and most importantly, have fun!

A study by Harvard University found that participants of the SKY program developed better sleep quality & resiliency against anticipatory stress.

The SKY Happiness Retreat is fully funded for University of Illinois affiliates after application decision.

There are limited scholarship spots available for this retreat. Availability is first-come-first-serve and requires attendance to all sessions.

If you are not a student & have financial restrictions, please contact skyatuiuc@gmail.com upon completion of this application. On a rolling basis, partial scholarship for the SKY Happiness Retreat may be granted.
