Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. We ask that the seminar fee be paid prior to the event to guarantee your space. You may send a check payable to 'PennWest University' to the following address:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you are registered for a class or webinar and are unable to attend, please notify the Small Business Development Center, before the event, at (814) 393-2060 as other applicants may be waiting for the course. Substitutions can be made at any time.
The following cancellation/rescheduling policy apply to all face to face classes unless noted otherwise: * Five (5) or more business days notice: Full Refund or may reschedule for a class that is within the calendar year. Less than five (5) days notice, no refund.
