Implementing an effective sexual harassment policy is the best way to avoid difficult, inappropriate, and unlawful situations. In this session presented by Nikki Phillips, we will emphasize the role managers and leadership teams play in preventing incidents from occurring. We will also cover how to handle complaints and issues with respect and confidentiality. We will work through tools and skills for providing a safe work environment where employees feel comfortable voicing concerns and observations.
