The Light Party will take place at Tilehurst Methodist Church on 31 October 2018 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm and is run by members of the Church.
Please note that dressing up in Halloween costumes is not required. Please come dressed in bright and colourful clothing. A picnic tea is provided.
To enable your child to attend please complete the registration details below. We will print the form and ask you to check the details when you arrive at the Party. As part of our safeguarding procedures we will ask you to sign when you collect your child.
By completing this form you are giving permission for Tilehurst Methodist Church to hold the personal data contained in the form. This information is required to enable the Church to:
• Prepare a name badge for your child to wear at the party
• Plan the catering for the party
• Be aware of any medical conditions or allergies your child has
• Contact you prior to the party if we have any queries about the information on the form or during the party.
Your information will be held on a secure server with restricted access and be destroyed after the party. It will not be shared with any other groups outside of the church.
We ask for a donation of £3 per child to help cover some of the costs of the event. It would be helpful if this could be paid by 30 October to help reduce the time it takes to register your child as they arrive at the Party.
