Passes purchased are assigned to an individual and can only be transferred upon payment of the transfer fee. All sales are final. No refunds - no transfers to other BIG events. Prices go up soon! View the purchase timeline below.
You MUST have your valid ID present to pick up your pass - ID must match name of the pass holder. If the pass holder is under the age, parent must be present to pick up pass.

AT THE DOOR PRICE
Full Pass price will increase EVERY month by $25 with the exception of the door price. Full Pass price will be $275 in May and $300 at the door.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ID is required for pass pickup; no exceptions. If your pass falls off, bring it back with ID for a replacement. One pass per guest. Important notice: Tickets are valid only for the event purchased and can't be carried over to the following year. Additionally, passes are non-transferable to events in different cities.
You must keep your pass on throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in removal without refund.
