Presenter: Kelly Billing
Kelly is an international aquatic plant specialist, water garden designer, consultant, and author in the water garden industry. She compiles and maintains the Regulated Aquactics list for the U.S. and serves on the board of the International Water Garden Society. Her research interest focuses on use of natural processes to improve water quality.
