STATE LAND OFFICE

Dear Members,

This afternoon, the State Land Office issued a new release announcing they are moving forward on an Emergency
 Rulemaking Process to Allow Temporary Shut-In of Oil Wells. The announcement includes links detailing information on a planned April 17, 2020 public tele-hearing, an opportunity for public comments, and a draft of the rule modification.
